Dr Lori Niemand is a chiropractor with a special interest in working with athletes and sports injuries, both in office and field-side. After years of training and competing at an international level, Dr Niemand is passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals safely without injury- prevention is key! Dr Niemand utilises a combination of manual therapy, biomechanics, personalised rehabilitation programs, and more as every athlete is unique

What to Expect
First visit
The first visit will be 45 min where a full assessment will be done in order to make a diagnosis. A treatment plan will be designed and discussed with you as the patient. You will then receive treatment and home advice that you can follow until the next visit.

Follow up visit
The follow up visit is 30 min or 45 min of treatment. Treatment will include specific techniques to achieve the goals set out in the treatment plan. After each visit the treatment plan will be assessed and adjusted according to the progress that was made during the visit.
